Feel good about your small successes, as well as the large ones. Always continue to strive to bet the best you can be.

Don’t take it personal
If someone is rejecting you don’t take it personal. The problem may belong to the other person. Be honest with yourself. If it is truly your mistake, take responsibility and make changes.

Assertive
Be assertive in asking for what you need and want in your relationships. Also take charge in setting appropriate boundaries.
