Letting go of things I don’t use anymore
Recently I moved into a condo. This was a great opportunity for me to clean my clutter. I didn’t realized how many things I kept that I do not use on a regular basis. I let go of about 50% of my furniture, clothes, books, magazines that I had kept for over 20 years.

Drink water more often
Water is healthy, cheap, and simple.

Drive a fuel-efficient car
Not only is this safer for the environment, but also it costs less for me.
