22 quick reminders on what to do when you feel overwhelmed

Maybe it’s a test that you have to pass and you feel you’re not ready, or is it work with multiple tasks that just don’t seem to go away, or so much to do at home or both? Here are tips that can relieve some of the stress you feel in conjunction to feeling overwhelmed.

  1. Take a break.

  2. Tackle each task in pieces.. One by one. Little by little is a cinch. Yard by yard is hard.

  3. It’s OK to say NO!

  4. Prioritize- write down tasks on post-its and move them up or down a list.
