7 things I learned from the experience of eating sushi

Recently I went to Hide Sushi, which is one of the best quality, reasonable priced sushi restaurants in Southern California. It is located in Los Angeles: map
They don’t take reservations, but it is definitely worth the wait or worth going early. We sat in the sushi bar and enjoyed some ebi (shrimp), ika with shiso (cuttlefish with perilla), salmon skin roll, scallop with ponzu sauce, aji (Japanese mackerel), and lastly the amaebi (sweet shrimp). Also here are some tips that I learned from this experience:

  1. Talk to someone you can trust.

    Sometimes venting your feelings to trusted co-workers can be a good release since they know what you are going through. Other times, this can increase stress due to “office politics/office gossip” so it is best to consult a professional (employee assistance program) or someone outside the profession.

This is the last blog of the series. Continued from Day 6.

We woke up and this time ate breakfast at Cafe 24, in the lobby of the Shinagawa Prince Hotel.

On this day, we decided to use the JR railway once more and take a tour of Tokyo. One of our main stops was to Keio University Medical Campus, one of Japan’s prestigious public universities. It is located in Shinanomachi.
