Give yourself time to adjust to the new schedule
Summer tends to be a period where the schedule changes from that of the school year. Your body might have gotten used to sleeping late and waking up earlier. For some students, they can get up at any time, and their body will adjust. But for those that have a more difficult time, take a week before school starts to gradually sleep earlier and adjust your schedule for school.

Prepare materials for school the night before
It helps to have all materials prepared night before, so there isn’t a “rush” or feelings of frustration in the morning. Things can always come up, so it is better to get certain things out of the way.
