BEFORE THE TRIP:

ONCE AT UNIVERSAL STUDIOS HOLLYWOOD:

  1. Check the local show times, as most of Universal Studios Hollywood attractions are shows- plan your day around the shows.

  2. Some rides like the Revenge of the Mummy and Jurassic Park allow for child switch. While one adult stays with a young adult, the other adult can go on the ride and then they can switch without waiting in line.

    • World Famous Studio Tour - Universal Studios is a live movie set. This tram goes through various movie sets recently used.

    • Terminator 2:3D - Based on the movie Terminator 2, as you guessed from the title!

    • Shrek 4D - A multi sensory ride that makes you feel like you are part of the animation.

  5. Lower Level Shows

    • Special Effects Stage - You can learn the secrets behind special effects used for major movies.

    • Backdraft - Walk through attractions with many special effects and pyrotechnics.
