5 Energy boosters I live by

piano

  1. Water

With sugar and caffeine, I feel that I tend to have energy for a little while, but then I crash and there goes my energy. Water seems to do the trick. Hydrating myself makes me feel less groggy and I also lost calories that way too. When I feel like sugar I go to the next booster..

  2. Robeks

Literally..Robeks with nutritional boosts. I replace a meal with Robeks and my body feels really good. When I’m tired I add a powerboost and feel much better.

  3. Going for a walk

Or any type of exercise is great. Especially if you’re sitting around a lot, having movement throughout the day helps concentration as well.

  4. Consistent meals

I’ve heard that it is better to have 6 small meals a day, but that is hard for me to do. I try to consistently keep with three though and small portions. Big meals seem to make me more sleepy.

  5. Music

Something relaxing and fun is great. I have been taking singing lessons since I was 7 and this has been the best thing for me. No matter how difficult and challenging life has been, music has been a great support.

  2. Hi Tina,
GREAT article on energy boosters! These things help me tremendously and try my hardest to be conscious of them daily (Haven’t tried Robeks but will look into them!). I maintain a site on healing pain naturally and I think all these things contribute to STAYING healthy and treating your body right. Thanks Tina! Jenny
